At Neal's Yard Remedies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any unopened items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization code is clearly noted inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked mail service to ensure safe delivery; please retain your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
